Returns Information

You have the right to return products within 45 natural days.
This term will expire on the 45th day, counted from day the product has been received by the customer and until the day it is shipped back.

On holidays the return period is extended to 60 days.

1) DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

You have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, you will be refunded with a Store Credit or the total amount paid.

3) CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  2. We'll refund only to the same payment method used to place the order.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be executed once we receive and process the product. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
  4. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return (box is not necessary for flip flops).
  5. After we send the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 10 business days to be reflected on your account statement.

To exercise the right to exchange or return products, please follow these steps:

1. Change and Return Form for our US address warehouse- Download and fill in your order number and whether it's a refund or an exchange.
2.Please make sure that the product is in perfect condition and in the original packaging (box is not necessary for flip flops).
3.Place the form on the package.
4.Send the package to our warehouse at the address shown on the form.
5. Notify us and send us the your new return tracking number to- contact@coravana.com (Important!) 

The Refund will be only for product cost and not for shipping cost.
